Cheeky Tikka Bites

Launched in the early pandemic days of 2020, Cheeky Tikka has a goal of bringing bangin’ Indian street food with a ‘cheeky’ twist to Manchester.

Chef Aisha is the brainchild behind the flavour filled operation. She serves everything from pimped up samosas to naan toasties. Make sure you race down here immediately to throw the entire menu into your face.

Grandad's Sausages

The Manchester Food and Drink Festival Street Food Trader of the Year 2019 has arrived at Hatch. Bury-based Sausage Connoisseurs, Grandad’s Sausages, have been bringing artisan bangers to the people for over 50 years. 

Run by business partners Matt and Mike, and started by Mike’s Grandad – Bernard – the pair use the finest ingredients including outdoor reared pork to produce ‘mind blowing gourmet British hotdogs’.

Kong’s Sandwich Shop

Bondi Bowls

Bondi Bowls was inspired by founder Jamie’s time working in Sydney, Australia. He fell in love with the healthy fast food culture of the beach suburbs and thought it needed to be brought back to the UK.
 
The bowls are entirely plant based (as well as naturally gluten free) with the option to add extras like Miso Glazed Salmon and Sous Vide Chicken Breast. They offer Salad Bowls, Grain Bowls, Açai Bowls, Soup Bowls, Smoothies and Health Shots. The brand has a strong focus on sustainability only using compostable, recyclable or reusable packaging.

At Parmogeddon the team specialise in the Teesside delicacy the chicken Parmo.

What The Pitta

What The Pitta is a cult classic amongst vegans and non-vegans alike, bringing a meat free twist on the classic British Kebab.

It's a Nail Thing

After a 10 year career in the charity sector, Stevie discovered she had a flair for nail art when she  took it up as a hobby during lockdown. She completed training in July and after lots of practice, joined a salon, working part time around her job. Now she has taken the leap to do her own thing full time and will be bringing gorgeous nail art and great chat to Hatch. Stevie is passionate about inclusive beauty.

It’s a Nail Thing at Hatch will be an untraditional salon – a gender-neutral, inclusive space aiming to challenge and disrupt the way people experience the beauty sector.

Butterfly Effect Lashes

The fantastically named Butterfly Effect Lashes is Hatch’s first lash and brow bar. Owner Kate has been a lash technician for three years and is taking her first leap into independent business at Hatch, providing lashes, brows and planning to build up to more services such as hair extensions and makeup. Kate will also be hosting training days for aspiring eyelash technicians.
