The Manchester Food and Drink Festival Street Food Trader of the Year 2019 has arrived at Hatch. Bury-based Sausage Connoisseurs, Grandad’s Sausages, have been bringing artisan bangers to the people for over 50 years.
Run by business partners Matt and Mike, and started by Mike’s Grandad – Bernard – the pair use the finest ingredients including outdoor reared pork to produce ‘mind blowing gourmet British hotdogs’.
A father/daughter team bringing their passion for Cyprian food to Hatch, where Turkish meets Greek: halloumi meets peynir, the pitta kebab meets the gyros… and everyone eats copious amounts of hummus!
